What does it mean to be a brand ambassador for Karson's? We want people who love all things fashion and fun. We carry items for all ages and sizes of women and would love for more people to show off their style with our items.
How does the brand ambassador program work? Each month, our team members will be able to purchase up to 4 items at 50% off. These items can then be posted by the ambassador on their social media pages to encourage followers to shop with your discount code. All ambassadors (geez, just get ready for me to say that word a million more times) will receive a code for friends and family to receive a percentage off at the store. The code will include the ambassadors name so can keep track of how many items have been purchased with the code. Each month we will total up all of the sales made using each person's individual code and the ambassador associated with that code will receive 20% of profits from their items sold. "Profit" its classified as money made off of each item after original purchase price, shipping and taxes and fees are taken out of the retail price.
Do I have to live in Abilene to participate? Not at all. Anyone in the U.S. is welcome to apply!
Is there an age limit? Yes, you must be 16+
How will I be paid? You will be required to fill out a W9 form in order for us to pay you each month. We will set you up on our bank draft payroll system and money will be deposited directly into your bank account.
